The Freedom Table

A 10-Week Journey Toward Faith, Freedom & Sustainable Wellness

You know what to do.

You've read the books.
You've tried the diets.
You've started over more times than you can count.

Yet somehow, despite your best intentions, you find yourself stuck in the same cycles of frustration, shame, and discouragement.

At The Freedom Table, we believe lasting change begins with more than a meal plan.

It begins with renewing the mind, embracing truth, finding community, and learning to extend yourself the same grace God extends to you.

This is not a diet program.

This is not therapy.

This is a faith-integrated support and accountability group for women who are ready to pursue health from a place of freedom rather than shame.

Together, we'll explore the beliefs, habits, and patterns that often keep us stuck while building practical, sustainable rhythms that support our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

What You'll Experience

Each week we'll gather in a supportive, judgment-free environment to:

• Share wins, struggles, and progress
• Study Scripture and faith-based wellness principles
• Discuss topics related to mindset, habits, and personal growth
• Receive encouragement and accountability
• Set realistic goals for the week ahead
• Pray together and support one another

Our focus is not perfection.

Our focus is progress, consistency, and freedom.
